Thank God for Break Days
Man, did I ever need today's break. I put up a basketball hoop/pole at my house yesterday and it wore me out. Poured the concrete etc. so I was pretty tired but my legs feel pretty good today. I'm looking forward to tomorrow's run - it's supposed to be somewhere between 4 and 5 miles so it will definitely be much longer than I've done in the past. Wish me luck! More tomorrow.
